Die cutting services information:
Using steel rule dies, we can die cut foam, sheet plastic, corrugated plastic, fabric, rubber, felt, cork, thin metals, acrylic, composites, flat magnets, sponge or any other flat material normally found in the industry. For a complete listing, see our materials section.
Die Cutting Services Machinery:
We mainly use flat bed presses at Addis Cutting. A Flat bed press has two parallel beams which exert up to 100 tons of pressure on a steel rule die. This creates a part with very close tolerances.
We also have small Swing-arm cutting machines and a Travelling head press.
A fabric laying and cutting service is also availabe using Eastman and Wolf power-knives.
